League of Arab States - LAS
The League of Arab States is a regional organization of Arab States on the territory of Africa and South-west Asia. It was initiated in 1945 with the Pact of the League of Arab States. Its main objective is to encompass the region and effort to promote cooperation and unity between its member states, solving problems that affect the Arab community. The league has specialized fields to implement actions and regulations. In DFMUN, the committee will simulate the Economic and Social Council of the League of Arab States.
